Every 3 months we ask the trainees undergoing training to give feedback on the effectiveness of the training. The anonymous feedback forms are collected and analyzed and the suggestions and results discussed at the faculty meetings and the continuous improvement meeting. As can be seen the trainees rate the faculty and trainers, and these ratings are discussed with the concerned persons.
