FACULTY:
It is our belief that only those who have experienced life at Sea, faced and solved problems on Ships, can teach Fresh Engineers in the class room and pass on the sense of reality and adventure. Hence our Faculty includes senior Chief Engineers who have had a long tenure at sea and served on a variety of Ships. All Marine Engineering Subjects are handled by our permanent faculty members who have a wealth of experience at sea and ashore. Other faculty who handle non – Marine Engineering subjects also bring to their job years of experience in their respective fields. Sailing Chief engineers involved as visiting faculty, also teach Marine engineering subjects and share their sea experience with regard to normal and crisis situations.
This is one training programme where the practical aspects of the job are emphasized. Whatever is taught in the class rooms and workshops is directly applicable on board ships. We believe in the ability of our Faculty to motivate Students and to interact and clear their doubts as one of our major strengths.
Skill Courses are conducted for Corporate and other Customers, on request, by Trainers with practical skills and training experience and all the courses are very r
